- It is good practice for the real thing.
- It can give you an idea of what your score will be on the real thing, and what you can work on before then.
- There are real benefits to the real test: college eligibility and scholarships! Take advantage of this practice opportunity!
- Get some rest tonight.
- Get up tomorrow with enough time before the test to get a healthy breakfast - high in protein, low in sugar, carbs and caffeine.
- Get some exercise before the test - the more vigorous the better!
- Layer your clothing. The rooms here are different temps and you want to be comfy!
- Pack a high protein, low carb snack for break time. Your brain will need the fuel!
- Get some more exercise during the break. Once again, the more vigorous the better. Fast walking laps or even sprints and pushups. That will get oxygenated blood back to you brain after all that sitting.
- BRING A CALCULATOR! We will have some loaners, but not enough for everyone! You can a cheap one today at Target or Shopko!
